Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product if it is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Customers must provide proof of the issue (photos/videos) when requesting a return.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

  • Customers must contact Support@pinkory.com before sending any returns.

Return Process

  1. Email our support team at Support@pinkory.com with your order number and issue details.

  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect address entries by the customer.

  • If a refund is delayed beyond the processing time, contact your bank or payment provider first before reaching out to us.
